Programming complex systems

An engineer at heart, one of my primary drivers is curiosity. I like to understand around why things are the way they way they are. Sometimes it's pondering why software is so damn slow and fragile to develop, or how the architecture of a cell is encoded in its DNA. Human systems fascinate me. The why around structure and function of organizations, or economic activity is often mysterious. Sometimes the best way to understand is to engineer. We learn through change. This is a collection of my musings on software, dna and organizations with a focus on biotechnology. Mostly notes to myself, but if you enjoy, please let me know.
